Worst Italian sub ever and waited 25 minutes

The service is very poor. We ordered Taylor ham with two eggs and got Taylor ham with cheese!! They need to pay attention.

The food is fresh . staff is funny! The muffins choc choc chip. In a word. Yummy. Cheese steak soup is really good. Subs are pretty big. Beagles you can't go wrong.

We ordered two sandwiches. It took FOREVER! The sandwiches we're good. The Mac salad was atrocious. The pot salad had jalapeno in it. Would think twice about stopping here again.

I've been here a bunch of times and it's usually excellent food and service. I called in a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and fries, a simple order. I pick up my food, drive 20minutes home just to find out its a turkey burger instead. I ate it and it was good, but the fact that it was a totally different burger is very annoying.

SO DISAPPOINTED! My family has been loyal customers of Augies for YEARS. Today we went to pick up an order that we placed and none of their employees had masks or gloves on. If we wear masks in their establishment to protect them and their customers, they should have enough respect to do the same. Refused the order and will not return. These people are handling our food. Out of everyone, they should be wearing masks and gloves. Not even the owner had one on. Really disrespectful.

Fast service clean place nice people

Very friendly, great sandwich and service. Would recommend, grill open til closing time. Be nice show up at least 15 minutes b4 closing of want hot off grill food. Breakfast all day

I ordered a 3' Italian sub from Augie's this weekend and it was delicious. Cheaper than some of the chain sandwich catering options in the area, Augie's was authentic, looked great and everyone loved it. Augie himself was a delight to work with, did not oversell but instead was honest and helpful. Can't recommend this deli enough!

Maybe I’m biased from having so many good nyc bagels, but the bagels here are inedible, it’s not a everything bagel It’s an everything roll. Yikes, one bite and thrown out

Attention all customers the onwer secretly charges a credit card fee without you knowing it he puts the fee on after he tells you the total and then charges your credit card next time tell him you want a receipt from the credit card and see how much he secretly charges you remember the more you spend the higher the feemachine not the register

Good food but we had to wait longer than the other 5 people that got their meals. About 25 minutes.

Went to get a few bagel. The new girls were not wearing gloves. One of them not only touched my bagel, but put her dirty hands all over the inside before buttering it and she had a handful of money right before touching the food. Gross, will never go there again.

Excellent bagels wish I could have them here

I have never seen such inconsistency in a bagel. One time is beautifully browned. Next time its so white it looks like it's hardly baked. Plus, I've never seen so few toppings on a bagel. Even with those on the bottom, it doesn't add up to the "BB" in Andover At these prices, a customer expects a better bagel. Hence i'm asking to be taken off your lunch special e-mail list.

Great place and awesome place to eat nothing like old fashioned service and a a NY MINUTE lololololol had to put that in old commercial awesome place no one can top this off.......

Can't speak for the coffee but the food is delicious, fast, and very inexpensive. They will occasionally get your order wrong but they acknowledge that it happens and you just go back in for a free redo

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. ordered two everything bagels they weren’t even sliced and were flat as paper.

I use to LOVE this place for taylor ham egg and cheese but I went recently and the new people do NOT know how to make a sandwich. I ordered a pumpernickel thammy and I got a rye bagel?? And then asked for extra pastrami on my BEC and only got pastrami. I don’t know what happened this place use to be great!

They make their own bagels and their own cream cheese! Fresh bagles and the cream cheese is really nice and fresh too! AWESOME! Yummy! Will try some other items & add to review as I do.

You guys have to wear gloves to the very least. The fact that the one girl who was taking the money at the register and then putting condiments on a sandwich (and putting her hair up) had no gloves on is insane. We are in a new world of cleanliness now and if you can’t adapt to the changes then this isn’t going to help your business. I’ve been coming here since you opened and unfortunately after this I won’t be back. Sorry augie! But this is unacceptable

great bagels...especially their everything bagels! tip: ask for your taylor ham egg & cheese well done & when requesting a toasted bagel or sandwich as for it to be well toasted (for some reason the they toast too lightly). great place :)

Long wait to get your food. If you are a regular they will stop and talk to you and forget about the non regular's food. I forgot you have to keep asking for your food a just walked out today. If you are a regular it's great if you are not you don't need the fustration. Don't be fooled by all of the 5 star ratings if you read them you will see even they complain about the wait yet they still give a 5 star rating??? If you still want to go the food is not bad, just keep asking for it.

Great wraps, fast friendly service, but the two hero sandwiches we ordered had stale bread.

Stopped in recently for the first time got a breakfast sandwich and a wrap for the wife. We were both very satisfied and couldn't eat another bite

Best breakfast food in the area. I started going a year ago and haven't gotten breakfast regularly anywhere else since. Staff are great, and the wait is never long no matter how many people are in line. I highly recommend the Taylor ham egg and cheese on any bagel, my favorite menu item.
